Dimond Center Hotel - Anchorage

The location was fantastic, right next to a mall and walmart. The front desk staff were super friendly, made check-in easy. The bathroom amenities were really nice, and that enormous bathtub my husband loved was just perfect! We also found the sofa chair so comfortable, it almost reminded me of a second bed.

I can’t really think of any cons. If I had to same something we had some peeling wallpaper at a seam in our room. It was a tad outdated as far as decor, but that doesn’t bother me. Maybe a larger area for breakfast. My husband went to eat and there was quite the crowd there already.

Comfortable, nice spa in the room, right next to the shopping mall, but a little far from the city. In any case, I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were pleasant and affable. The rooms themselves were reasonably large and soundproof with microwave. The breakfast was good, it included coffee, tea, hot chocolate and hot waffles.

This hotel met expectation in every way, totally recommend. Thank you very much all for a fairly nice stay on holidays. The room was soundproof and tidy and it had a separate shower and a shower, that's cool. Location: the property was so close to a major shopping mall, frequenting local businesses and restaurants, and the shopping center.

Had a blast with my friends at the hotel! Our spacious room had comfy beds. We enjoyed the nearby large mall for shopping and grabbed breakfast at the cozy dining area. The staff was super friendly. Definitely planning to return!

The decor was charming, and I appreciated the wheelchair-accessible features. The vibrant artwork and cozy sitting areas instantly, as if I was visiting a dear friend's home filled with warmth.

Add more grab bars in the bathrooms.

The large soaking tub provided relaxation after a long day, and the nearby shopping at Dimond Mall added convenience to my experience. While the layout of the bathroom could be improved, the staff's warmth was great.
